Possibly: A "leaky" heart valve can cause the symptoms you describe. It depends which heart valve and just how leaky it is. PVCs are extra heart beats that make your heart feel like it's irregular, but they don't cause dizziness or a gurgling feeling. PVCs can cause a sensation of fluttering or palpitations in the chest. An echocardiogram is the best test to look at leaky valves. Good luck!
