Bipolar: Bipolar has a 30 % success rate, so you have to go through trial and error to find the right combo, it also has the highest suicide rate and is a life long illness please continue treatment.

Not in a good place: For a number of reasons i feel this question should be taken up with your treatment provider. Please, if you are suicidal, call a crisis hotline, your psychiatrist, go to the er or call 911. I am not answering this mainly because i don't know you or your current mindset . Please get more intensive help if you need to . All the best to you.

Not if you : Don t let it kill you. Keep your dr s appointments, continue trying to stabilize your mood swings, rush to the er if suicidal ideation appears. Do not get tired of meds. Start psychotherapy, and if you need it, consider php treatment. Keep up the good work.
