Anxiety and Sleep: Anxiety can frequently trigger insomnia. Dental procedures can be very stressful, and aggravate underlying anxiety about your health. Get regular exercise early in the day & eat healthy foods. Stick to a regular sleep schedule. If the insomnia continues, talk with your doctor, and seek help from a psychologist who treats insomnia with CBT psychotherapy. Meds can help for a short time/CBT better

Research indicates with psychotherapy you can change & find better coping mechanisms.
