I have problems falling asleep at night usually get 4-6 hrs of sleep. worry constantly mind & body just won't stop! i don't want meds any suggestions?

Yes: This falls within the realm of 'sleep medicine'. Inadequate sleep due to a mind that will not allow itself to 'turn off the switch'. Try doing something different: avoid eating close to bedtime; no caffein after noon; no alcohol; go for a walk after dinner; use an herbal (no caffein) tea before bed; no sugar at night; no tv in bed. Consult with a person trained in sleep medicine.
