I have hidrdenitis suppurativa and i'm having a flare up what can i do to help with pain and inflammation other than otc pain relievers or nsaids?

Generally, you need: To get seen, perhaps an i@d and/or antibiotics. Warm compresses may allow the inflammation to drain but its generally not that easy, as you know. Good luck.

Warm compress : Heat help to get more blood flow to the area bringing the white cells to fight infection. If getting worse, may need abx or even drainage.
