Eat healthy, take: Time for yourself and exercise. Also, spend some time thinking about what makes you anxious at work. Perhaps there is something you can do to make it less stressful - learn a skill, ask for advice from others at work who are effective and seem happy. Finally, perhaps a job change is what you need - but get the new job before you quit the old one.
