Therapy for coping: I'm sorry to hear about the many stresses you're experiencing. Your message says "richmond va", where medical college of virginia is. You could look into their psychiatry resident clinic, and see if there might be supportive psychotherapy available at sliding-scale fees. Or, you could look into church organizations, which may have other kinds of counseling available. Please don't give up!

Find someone to talk: It is important to process the emotions you feel when they are strong and not common. The best way to do this is by talking to a trained listener whether that be a professional, a friend, or a family, member. There are always websites you could use or hotlines you can call to assist. The sooner you do this, the less likely you will suffer any psychological or physical potential consequences.

You have your hands: Full. I know it is not easy 2 make time 4 yourself, however, u owe it to yourself and your children 2 make time 2 get help. Reach out 2 family, a friend or neighbor 2 watch the kids while u talk 2 a professional. There may be a clinic nearby with daytime hrs (if your kids are in school). They can help u cope with grief, unemployment and the stress of single parenting. Support groups can help too!
