Need true values: What is 70 yr old level? You have to know your level and what is causing , low gonadotrophin level from pituitary or some thing else discuss with your doctor , need anwsers for cure.

Remeasure: I would remeasure your testosterone and at a different lab. It must be done early morning after sleep. There is significant variability depending on what kit is used as well.
