Hello, i am currently 18 years old and i believe i have delayed puberty. i dont see growth in the penis area and it really bothers me. i also have man boobs. i have went to the doctors and gotten my testosterone levels tested and they came back good?

Need more data: A full evaluation of this in my office would start with an x-ray of the wrist/hand for bone maturity, a panel of hormones, not just testosterone, & a chromosome study. The potential for delay vs other conditions requires more data.
