No: This is not extremely low. This is actually fairly normal for age. Optimal levels are around 700-1000 , so when we check symptoms that is usually the goal with replacement.

Possibly.: Your levels are 468 ng/dl and 11.6 pg/ml. The first is normal, but the second, or free testosterone is low (normal ranges 270-1070 ng/dl (9-38 nmol/l) for total and 50-210 pg/ml (174-729 pmol/l) for free testosterone). This can be for many reasons, from obesity to alcoholism to liver disease, but it would explain your low testosterone symptoms.
