Data: Don't have enough data regarding your lab results, when they were drawn, which tests were run, etc. Most testosterone replacement therapies are for above 18 years old, as they weren't tested in your age group. Rely on your doctor's opinion and expertise.

Find another doctor: No, without an explanation, is not a satisfactory not. The doctor cannot give you specific reasons that are based upon evidence, you need to find someone else who will. If the low testosterone level are associated with any signs or symptoms of a testosterone deficiency, replacement is almost always indicated.
