Testosterone: There is no "accurate" or fixed dose. 400 mg/wk is a big dose. Too much emphasis is placed on blood levels. If you are hypogonadal, treatment should be given to achieve objectives, eg growth, puberty, male characteristics, bone health, etc. More T is not necessarily better; a blood level of 1000 is not nec better than 500 (just more side effects). You should be seeing an Endocrinologist.
