Most likely from abd: This type of sudden intense pain is most likely coming from your abdomen, particularly from irritation of your diaphragm which can be caused by a bubble of trapped gas distending your intestines putting pressure on the diaphragm. While this can be intense and scary, it seldom lasts more than a minute or 2 and is not serious. If it does not go away quickly see a doctor.
