If its left sided it: May be cardiac in origin, so get that checked out by your pcp, internist or a cardiologist, who can DX & treat you, even its due to ribs, muscles, arthritis, etc. The c. & t spine xrays, ct/mri would be helpful to DX a spinal lesion. Kindly consult your pcp for onward referral.

Last night I received a lot of pain in my left arm, center chest, abdomen along with sweating and high blood pressure. According to ER personnel it is only muscle pains. ECG, Sugar, Urine tests were normal. Blood pressure was 169 / 89. Any ideas?
