You need an exam: Breast pain can be caused by many things, and at your age the majority of these will be non-cancerous. It can be from a fluid filled cyst, fibrocystic changes, poorly fitting (too tight) bra, menstruation, infection, pregnancy, etc. I would recommend seeing your pediatrician or being evaluated by a Gyn physician.
