Pain in right side of chest near breast spreading to right armpit and same place in my back, have not been doing any strenous activity, any ideas?

You need an exam: Breast pain can be caused by many things, and at your age the majority of these will be non-cancerous. It can be from a fluid filled cyst, fibrocystic changes, poorly fitting (too tight) bra, menstruation, infection, pregnancy, etc. I would recommend seeing your pediatrician or being evaluated by a Gyn physician.
