Need evaluation: You definitely needs to see your gp for more eval. Try to go there when you have the pink blotches. Do you have them in any other location besides palms and soles? Certain things like allergy/urticaria; exposure to something affecting your palms/soles, etc- including secondary syphillis should be considered. The rash in syphillis usually stays there and not only for 1 hour.Go to see gp get checked.
