Hmmm: An examination would be helpful. Try some hydrocortisone yo relieve symptoms until you can be evaluated.

Itching spot hand: Sounds like fungus. Try treating with any OTC athlete's foot cream twice day for 2-3 weeks. should see improvement. If so, continue treating twice a day until rash gone, THEN once a day for 1 more week. If it does not help after 2 weeks, please see health care provider to have this evaluated. Hope this helps.
