Consider a fungus: Although you are mentioning areas which are not likely be contaminating each other, consider a fungus. Certainly, when one hears 'itching, ' try only Lamisil (terbinafine) cream which is an over the counter medication as it is a fungualcidal medication as other are not. It is twice as expensive but get this only, if it works, then it was a fungus. Otherwise, see dermatologist and have a scraping of them.
