FAR BETTER OPTIONS: No! ensure has 22 grams of sugar & has corn & soy from gmo sources & milk protein from cows given dangerous rbgh- you don't need to take these! if you prefer your vitamins in a drink there are far better choices, such as k-pax protein blend by orthomolecular products or mediclear by thorne research. You can find good vitamin/protein powders at health food stores &online. See http://bit.Ly/19xax7e.
