Vitamins: A good multivitamin is a good idea. It's like an insurance policy for when we don't eat right, don't sleep well, or are especially stressed. Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful. B12 (sublingual is best) is good for vegetarians, nerve health, energy. I am not familiar w/the brand you mention.

Works very well...: ...for the maker and seller. They get richer and you get poorer. There is no need for any multivitamin. If you have a specific vitamin deficiency, then take that vitamin or mineral. Multivitamins generally do not "work" on anything, and can cause serious problems if overused. Save your money and get a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits, while multivitamins do not.
