Most people who: eat a variety of foods with sufficient calories to meet their energy needs, a protein source & some fat in their diet DO NOT need any supplement at all. If you have a specific vitamin or mineral deficiency (or are at risk for this, e.g., pregnant women), supplements may be needed. Water of course is always necessary. I'll drink to that!!!!!
