Vitamined Out: Too many fat-soluble vitamins will get you into trouble after a while (liver, skin, calcium, etc). And the water-solubles just get peed-out (watch the color of your urine). I love those green drinks. And with a healthy diet you don't need extra fertilizer in your body. Maybe take a multi twice a week. It depends on a lot of things, but diet is the most important.Always look for high quality.

What is your goal?: I'm not sure why you take all these vit and shakes- if preparing your own meals, there should be no reason to be deficient with most if not all your vits. Remember- just like everything else, "too much of a good thing is not good." Though many vits just pass through the kidneys are peed out, vit-specific toxicities, drug-drug-drug interactions can occur - check the web for details on spec. Vit

Maybe none: You probably are overdosing on vitamins, since you're already eating healthy. But you may not experience any ill effects, while liver and kidney function may be compromised. See your doctor to determine if you need any supplements.

Yes, very unlikely: Vitamin toxicity is rather rare. The only vits that tend to be toxic are A, E, D & B6. None of those are present in significant amounts in your shake. Generally one must take over 300,000 iu/day of A for 6 months or more to become toxic (though high doses are dangerous if pregnant), over 1600 iu of E, 40,000 or more iu of D & 250 mg of B6 for months to become toxic. No multivits have these levels.
