TG: Weight loss, exercise and low fat diet are likely to help. In diabetic, control of diabetes is important. If life-style changes do not, depending on how high the values are, you might need medication(s). Discuss with you doctor.

Triglycerides: Triglycerides are the fat storage molecules made from excess calories and sugars in the diet. They can be very dangerous to one's arteries and health if left untreated. They can be controlled with low calorie, low sugar, high protein diets combined with good regular cardiovascular exercise.
