Flareups: Check your hemoglobin and ferritin levels to make sure you havent become anemic. Anemia can cause rls.

Called augmentation : This phenomena called augmentation. The does needs to be smaller maybe earlier also can consider other treatment modalities. Like other medicine classes. Discuss with a sleep specialist.
