My grandmother has taken mirapex (pramipexole) 1mg bid for five years-rls the doctor reduced the drug to 0.5. we noticed bradykinesia in her walking. connection?

Some thots: The bradykinesia could be due to Parkinson's which has been masked by the Mirapex, (pramipexole) but could also be due to other issues. See a neurologist and get this sorted out.
