Any difference between pramipexole & ropinirole?? i have rls, tried pramipexole 1 pill of .125mg in past but had severe nausea feeling for 3 days continuous.doctor suggesting requip 1mg xtended release now, can i expect same side effect with this??

Highly likely to experience different side effects between the 2 choices, so it would worthwhile to try the Requip. If this also is intolerable, suggest considering gabapentin or pregabalin.
