Cervical spine?: You may have a cervical spine issue with compression or other problem with the nerves exiting that area, or possibly within the axilla. See a surgeon and get this looked at. Good luck and be better.

Arm pain and tinglin: Would get evaluated for neurogenic symptoms which originate from your neck. Sounds like a possible "radiculopathy" easy to determine on a physical examination.
