Neck pain: Left neck/arm pain suggest a cervical disc or arthritis but at your age would need a prior history of neck injury. If not, check for systemic arthritis with RA,C-reative Protein and sed rate. The hand problem could be a carpal tunnel problem or alar entrapment. You symptoms should not be ignored. Check with a real doc.
