Radiology-speak!: The radiologist sees signs of inflammation in the area near the center of the chest called the hilum as well as the basal or bottom portions of the lungs. Hyperaeration means there is increased air-space to lung tissue ratio, caused by breakdown of the septa between alveoli, creating fewer but larger alveoli, as seen in emphysema. Its up to your doctor to interpret these findings.

Bad: This individual has double pneumonia in the setting of air trapping: obstructive airways disease. There are other possibilities depending on the clinical setting, but that's the most likely interpretation without further information.
