X-Ray finding: After taking an x-Ray of your chest and you don't say why the radiologist, who never saw you just your x-Ray, said he saw some non-specific stuff near the center of your chest. It doesn't mean you have pneumonia or Tb but follow up with your doc.

Dear Drs I went for a x ray earlier today and the report notes Slightly increased bronchovascular markings are seen basally. This may be related to passive atelectasis only but a mild basal bronchitic process is to be considered . What does this mean?
