CHF -: CHF stands for congestive heart failure, which indicates there is insufficient forward flow of blood throughout the circulatory system. On xray, fluid accumulation around the blood vessels show up from the pressure buildup. This is not an infection, unlike pneumonia. The concern for you is to identify why someone of your age would have CHF in the first place. See your doc asap to address this.

CHF: It is likely due to fluid in the lung tissues from CHF. In the absence of other symptoms, such as cough, fever and new shortness of breath etc., it is unlikely to be pneumonia. You should see the doctor who ordered the imaging study for detailed explanation.
