Two different things: "streaky infiltrates" means nothing specific. Some increased increased opacity seen on the film, that can be from fluid (edema), infection, scar tissue, or just an over-zealous reading by the radiologist. Hyperinflation implies (but does not diagnose) airway obstruction, such as is seen in asthma, or emphysema or other similar disorders. A chest-x-ray cannot diagnose any of these conditions.

Probably infection: By the description, it is suggesting that you have some bronchitis or early pneumonia. Hyperaerated means that there is probably some spasm of the bronchi causing air trapping. This can be associated with asthma or just acute infection.
