Need more info: You definitely need to discuss with your doctor who ordered those test to give an interpretation of the blood work result.What i can say here is that if you have low hb/hct and MCV and now RDW is high- that means you have anemia- and you should have some eval to find the etiology of anemia- likely is iron deficiency- but also some other etiologies have to be ruled out. F/u with your md and d/w md.

Depends : Depends on how low the values are. Some people especially mensurating women may have slightly lower HGB MCV and high rdw.
