How good is an mri at finding a headache cause?

Poor: Most headaches are not caused by lesions of the brain. The MRI will see these , such as tumors, masses etc., but they are relatively rare causes of headaches.

Good but freq. NEG: Mri is probably best study for headache investigation but most headaches are not cause by structural abnormality so they are frequently negative.
