Depends: I would recommend a neurology consult. An MRI may not have been done with contrast with may or may not show additional problems. Headaches can have many causes, and a few of which can be normal on mri, including migraine and tension headaches. A normal MRI also does not rule out an increased intracranial pressure, which can be evaluated with spinal fluid pressure measurement.

Very unlikely: Mri is very sensitive for tumors and other lesions that can cause headaches. However, the vast majority of patients having MRI to assess for headaches have a normal exam.
