I've had a few painful, stabbing headaches over the past few months. they usually last <1 minute. mri in 2014 was normal (except migraines). causes?

Multiple: tension, muscle contraction, stress, tension, anxiety, depression, sleep deprivation, migraine variant. I suggest that this be trated only with OTC NSAIDS like Advil or Aleve, (naproxen) if not allergic to these medications.
