MRI: An MRI of the breast is necessary to see if any cancer is there. It's a good test to find even the tiniest cancers.

Get an MRI: Mri of the breast can pick up otherwise hidden cancers. If still no primary in the breast, it can be left intact and radiated instead of mastectomy.

I wouldn't.: It's highly likely there is a cancer somewhere in your breast tissue, even though it can't be seen on imaging. If it were me, i agree that having a breast MRI first may help find the cancer. But if that's negative, i would have a mastectomy. Breast cancer is curable and removing the cancer is part of the cure. Also, the doctor should make sure the cancer in your lymph nodes is breast!
