Same as breast mass: Survival rate of breast cancer metastatic to axillary lymph nodes, but without evident primary tumor is the same as that when a primary tumor is evident. It depends on hormone receptor status, HER2status, age and overall health of patient. Also—since some women are cured of this disease and others aren't—it depends on factors of which medical science is now ignorant.
