Discomfort: A labiaplasty is indicated when the labia are too enlarged and/or have excess skin. If there is discomfort or a desire for cosmetic improvement, labiaplasty is a good option.

Labiaplasty? : There is no perfect time to pursue a labiaplasty. The decision to have one is a very personal one based on redundancy, symptoms related to it, and on desired appearances. This is a procedure that should be done for you and no one else as risks are real as are bad outcomes.
