No: For reduction of labia minora there is no need to wait after finishing having children. Labia minora will not have an effect of vaginal delivery. Now if you want to have a vaginoplasty, then i would advice you to wait.

Yes: Pregnancy and childbirth can cause swelling, inflammation, and tissue injury to the vagina and vulva, including the labia. So it would be very possible to cause more of the same problems that created the desire for labiaplasty in the first place.

IT depends....: This depends upon what you plan to having done. The reduction of the labia minora (inner lips) can be done with little risk of change with future pregnancy. If a number of future children are planned and in the immediate future, it might be better to wait.

Probably.: If you plan on additional pregnancies, especially in the near future, best to wait to undergo the labiaplasty procedure. Doing so will help minimize chances that additional surgery will become necessary subsequently. Best wishes.

Problems?: If you are performing this for cosmetic reasons, and you have already started child bearing, it is best to wait. If performing this for medical reasons, I think you could have it at any time. In my practice, over 2/3 of patients have NOT had children.
