Yes&OB Complications: Obesity can lead to infertility, many times from ovulation problems. We find that ivf success is lower too. Once pregnant then OB complications are much higher too. Where is the good news? Well, not everyone has a problem and we have been very successful. Bmi over 50 is extremely serious. Try to get below bmi 40 because anesthesia requires operating room if egg retrieval if ivf used. Best wishes.
