Many possibilities: There are many causes of pelvic masses. Uterine fibroids are very common, as are ovarian cysts. Cancer can also cause a pelvic mass. You need further evaluation, such as a pelvic ultrasound exam, in order to determine the nature of the mass and plan the appropriate therapy if necessary
