Negligible: A twenties female with ovarian mass is not likely to have cancer, but in medicine we have learned never to say never. Most likely is an ovarian cyst. However, if the mass was discovered by ultrasound then a cyst would have been mentioned. A solid mass would suggest adenoma or perhaps a rare teratoma.
