The radiologist gets fussed at if they say they found nothing unusual. This translates to they found nothing unusual. All such studies must be evaluated by the doc who ordered them in the context of your full history and exam.

Hey, I have just received my results letter from a CT Scan I had. It had shown a modulated cystic mass with two cysts adjacent, measuring 5cm 5.5cm with also free fluid in my pelvis . What does it mean by mass? Why is there fluid. Is it dangerous?

I had a mass found near my right ovary on a CT scan and fluid was also seen in my pelvic area..Just wounder what it can be.
