Hey, I have just received my results letter from a CT Scan I had. It had shown a modulated cystic mass with two cysts adjacent, measuring 5cm 5.5cm with also free fluid in my pelvis . What does it mean by mass? Why is there fluid. Is it dangerous?
Ultrasound showed no cyst on right ovary but other mass that isn't clear what it is. Free fluid in pelvic area lots of pain. What else could be there?
Can a "us transvaginal test" identify if an adnexal mass may represent a pedunculated fibroid or other adnexal mass? If not, which test would? There is also a trace amount of nonspecific free pelvic fluid. Thanks?
I had a mass found near my right ovary on a CT scan and fluid was also seen in my pelvic area..Just wounder what it can be.
