Petechiae?: Could be little broken blood capillaries from sucking too hard or some other trauma. If they don't resolve in a couple of weeks, see a dentist.

IRRITATION: Most probably mechanical trauma or something that irritates thar area. If it last for too long, see an ENT doctor.
