my soft palate is itchy, came after i ate lots of chewing gums. and now its got red/yellow spots. exacerbated by sweet stuff. came 6-7 months ago help?

See a Pro: May be Thrush, allergy, lichen plants, neoplasm, etc. Red and r white lesions should always be evaluated immediately. Please call your Dentist for an examination.

Allergy?: You may be having a reaction to a component in your diet or chewing gum. See if avoiding the gum or anything you started eating shortly before the symptoms developed solves it. You should have an exam to rule out less likely but more serious alternatives, however...
