How does prazocin helps diabetic patients?

Prazosin: Prazosin is a medication used for treatment of symptoms of BPH (enlarged prostate). It can be used for treatment of high blood pressure as well. I am not aware of any other benefit specifically for diabetic patients by using this medication.
