Is dilatrend ok for diabetic patients?

Dilatrend is a beta blocker used to control hypertension. It should not be used in Diabetic patients. Use of Dilatrend with antidiabetics including insulin may lead to increased blood sugar lowering the effect of insulin and oral diabetic medicines.
