Fruits and diabetes: You can eat any fruit you like but before each fruit new to you check your blood sugar before you eat it and check again before you start eating your next food intake. That does not mean you should not take and enjoy fruit. It just means that you may have to mildly adjust your diabetes medication. Enjoy and share with family and friends.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
