All are OK: All fruits and everything else are ok on a diabetes diet, if the diet is balanced and appropriate for the patient. Consult a registered dietitian for more information. There is no "magic" or "forbidden" food. Eat three meals/day, don't snack, and stay lean with proper diet and exercise.
